The Association may designate as honorary members those persons who have stood out for their professional or personal merits. Its appointment corresponds to the Assembly, at the proposal of the Governing Board. Honorary members shall be exempt from obligations and duties, and shall enjoy the right to attend but not to vote at the Assemblies.
