PRESENTATION
Beginning in September 2019, the University Master's Degree Programme in Auditing and Accounting (MAC) will be developed, which will be taught jointly with the UAO CEU University.
This Master's Degree Programme is approved by ICAC and makes it unnecessary to take the ROAC theoretical access exam, with hours of professional practice that count as the necessary practical training for accessing the auditor profession.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of the programme is to ensure students acquire advanced training of a specialised, multidisciplinary nature, aimed at professional activity specialising in Account Auditing based on the terms of RD 861/2010.
SYLLABUS
The Master's Programme includes the completion of programa de 60 ECTS credits, from September to July, distributed into the following modules:
TEACHING BODY
The professors course lecturers are professionals with experience in teaching and a high degree of theoretical and practical knowledge and proven solvency as professional auditors. To guarantee this solvency, the teaching body is formed by professional auditors, partners and directors of the most important auditing firms in Catalonia, with a global, modern vision of the business world who, in some cases, combine their professional activity with universit teaching.
STUDENT PROFILE
The candidates for the University Master's Degree Programme in Auditing and Accounting must have Spanish (university diploma, degree, Bachelor's degree or Master's degree) or foreign university educations (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in English-speaking countries). The Master's Degree is aimed in particular at graduates or persons with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences graduates or Bachelor degree holders, Actuarial and Financial Science graduates or Bachelor degree holders, Commerce lecturers and persons with university diplomas in Business Sciences.
EXEMPTION REGIME
TYPES AND TIMETABLE
In situ sessions from September to December on Fridays from 3pm to 9pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. Online sessions from January to July. Professional internships in collaborating firms will for the most part be held from Monday to Friday, at the times agreed with the collaborating auditing firms.
ADMISSION APPLICATIONS AND ENROLMENT
To access the UAO CEU University Master's Degree Programme in Auditing and Accounting send the application form Solicitud de Admisión, along with a brief CV, a photocopy of your degree certificate and a photocopy of your ID, to: escola@auditors-censors.com.
The Admissions Committee will evaluate the applications and, as part of the process, hold a personal interview with the candidates to study their eligibility for the programme.
Candidates admitted must reserve a place in the programme by paying €1,500 of the total programm cost.

- Audit Module (22 ECTS credits)
- Accounting Module (6.5 ECTS credits)
- Other accounting subjects module (5.5 ECTS credits)
- External intership (14 ECTS credits)
- End of Course Project (12 ECTS credits)

- Holders of Bachelor's Degrees in Political, Economic and Business Sciences (Economic and Commercial section), holders of Bachelor's Degrees in Economic and Business Sciences (Business Sciences, Business or Business Economy sections), holders of Bachelor's Degrees in Economic and Business Sciences (Business Economics or General Economics area), holders of Bachelor's Degrees in Business Adminstration and Management, holders of Bachelor's Degrees in Actuarial and Financial Sciences, Commerce Lecturers, holders of University Diplomas in Business Sciences, holders of Bachelor's Degrees in Economics and Law, can consult the generic exemptions for certificates prior to the Organic University Act 6/2001.
- Students with an official Degree certificate must check whether their universities have asked for the partial generic exemption for theoretical training courses organised by the ICAC, for the subjects shown in the validations sheet. If affirmative, the students must check that they have studied the corresponding subjects. If the University has not requested the exemption, the student must do so (adjuntem model).
